PhD
project

of

exPERts
and
focuses
on
the
role
of
architects
in
the
implementation
of
the
PER
-
Programa
Especial
de
Realojamento
(Special
Rehousing
Program)
in
the
Lisbon
and
Oporto
metropolitan
areas.
