Planning
Expertise:
housing
policy
and
the
role
of
experts
in
the
Programa
Especial
de
Realojamento
(PER)’
(2016-2019).
His
area
of
expertise
includes
Middle
East
politics,
planning
theory
and
urban
studies;
his
current
research
activity
focuses
on
housing
policy
and
the
role
of
knowledge
in
the
policy
process.
Marco
has
previously
worked
at
the
University
of
Turin
and
at
CIES-IUL
as
lecturer
and
postdoctoral
researcher.
His
