Anne Schippling

Anne Schippling is a researcher at the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-IUL), ISCTE-IUL and at the Department of General Education at Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. She is also an invited lecturer at the Institute of Educational Science and Media Studies at FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany. She was also a researcher at the University of Coimbra (2002-2007) and the École normale supérieure, Paris (2010-2011) and Assistant Professor at Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (2008-2015) and she worked as an associated researcher in several research projects on education and social inequalities. From 2013 to 2015 she directed a research project on the internationalisation of the Grandes Écoles, founded by the DFG (German Research Foundation).
