Universitário

Lisboa
(Iscte-IUL),
awarded
in
2024.
He
is
a
social
policy
researcher,
whose
research
focuses
on
poverty, employment
and
social
protection
policies and
the
evaluation
of
decentralized
social
policies.
In
previous
projects,
including
his
doctoral
research
(during
which
he
was
visiting
researcher
at
the
Institute
of
Government
and
Public
Policies,
in
Barcelona),
he
studied
policy
innovations
(inpired
in basic
income
principles) within
multilevel
governance
contexts.
He
was
invited
to
lecture
in
the
course
Society
and
Social
Policies
at
Iscte-Instituto
Universitário
de
Lisboa.
