European Researchers' Night 2020: Science and Nature
This atypical year, the initiative took place on November 27th, between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., including more than 220 online activities, local programs and the involvement of about 1750 researchers at the national level.
CIES-Iscte participated with activities in 3 different moments:
> Quiz - Around Cultural Heritage 2.0 | Test your knowledge
Developed by the Portuguese Observatory of Cultural Activities (OPAC), also responsible for the activity of NEI 2019 which was adapted this year to the online quiz format.
With this activity the internet users, kids and adults, were challenged to test their knowledge about the cultural heritage, its preservation and valorization in an interactive quiz in which everyone won.

> Roundtable - "Talk the talk: challenges and opportunities of communication for civil society"
This informal conversation aimed to bring together Iscte researchers from each IU to talk about the challenges and opportunities of communicating their research. The event was attended by the CIES-Iscte Researcher, Marta Entradas whose current work focuses on the institutional communication of science with society.

The consortium of the European project "Science and Nature" (SCINAT) - which includes as partners Iscte - University Institute of Lisbon, MUHNAC-ULISBOA or other national institutions of higher education and science - has ensured the holding of another edition of this emblematic event under the theme Science and Nature.
