Fátima Barahona da Fonseca awarded for article

Fátima Barahona da Fonseca, a PhD student in Contemporary Modern History, recently received the IASTE BERKELEY PAPER PRIZE for the best paper presented by a PhD student or junior scholar.

Her article, "Narratives of a Sacred Mountain: Arunachala, Tamil Nadu, South of India", was awarded during the conference held by the International Association for the Study of Traditional Environments (IASTE) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, between 5 and 9 January 2024.
