On July 19, eSPap welcomed two researchers to its premises - one from the Institute of Modern Politics (IMP) in Bulgaria and the other from the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey - who are being seconded to Iscte under the coordination of Professor David Ferraz as part of the STUDIES-DIG research project.
This project, in which eSPap and CIES participate, is funded by the European Commission and coordinated by the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Bulgaria. It is part of Horizon Europe - the Framework Program for Research and Innovation 2021-2027, as part of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE) funding scheme.
The aim of the international visit was to share knowledge and experiences, with eSPap having the opportunity to showcase the portfolio of services provided by the Shared Services for Public Procurement (SPCP), Finance (SPFIN), Human Resources (SPRH), Information and Communication Technologies (SPTIC) and the Project Management Office (SPPMO), thus contextualizing eSPap's role in the Digital Transition of the Portuguese Public Administration, through its involvement in the Public Financial Management Reform and the Public Administration Reform underway as part of the Recovery and Resilience Programme (PRR).
