On December 9, NOVA School of Law will host the third edition of the “IN_SOLVENS Conference”, under the theme “Present and Future Perspectives for Insolvency Law in Portugal”.

The aim of this conference is to present the latest results of the work carried out under the IN_SOLVENS research project and to discuss proposals for legislative changes that encourage the use of pre-insolvency mechanisms and speed up insolvency proceedings.
The conference will be organized as part of the research project “Insolvency Law in Portugal: A Multidisciplinary Analysis” (IN_SOLVENS), developed by NOVA School of Law (through CEDIS - NOVA School of Law Research Centre) and Iscte - University Institute of Lisbon (through CIES-Iscte).
