The Mundos Sociais publishing house and CIES-Iscte, in partnership with the Ajuda National Palace, invite you to the Presentation of the Book “Space(s) with and for children: plural perspectives from the social sciences, architecture and urbanism”, followed by a Peddy Paper with the children of the 2 de Maio neighborhood on the right to the city and the neighborhood-museum-city relationship.

On January 17 at 5pm, the organizers and co-authors of the publication, Maria Manuela Mendes and Florbela Samagaio, will present the book in the Noble Vestibule of the Ajuda National Palace. The event will be attended by João Teixeira Lopes (Sociologist, coordinator of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Porto and Full Professor in the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Letters) and Isabel Raposo (Architect-urban planner, Associate Professor at FAUL, founder of Gestual - Group for Socio-Territorial, Urban and Local Action Studies).

Also as part of this presentation, on January 18 at 10.30 a.m., a Peddy Paper is scheduled with the children of Bairro 2 de Maio on the right to the city and the neighborhood-museum-city relationship, with the support of Locals Approache Associação Amigos b2m.
