Email signature
Visual Identity > Email Signature
Email signatures should be composed of 4/5 levels of information:
1. identification of the person, the position/function and the service/office/unit/school;
2. Direct link to the profile on Ciência-Iscte (in the case of teachers);
3. The institutional logo;
4. Contact information - address, telephone/cell phone/extension;
5. Website and institutional social networks.
In order to maintain the uniformity of email signatures and the consistency of CIES-Iscte's internal and external communication, there are rules for the composition of the signature that must be guaranteed:
- The logo used in the signature cannot be changed or modified (e.g., it is not possible to change the color, size or add any other element to the official image);
- The font used in the identification is Century Gothic, body 10, black. The name should be written in bold.
- In the body of the e-mail, the Century Gothic font should not be used, but rather another system font, Calibri being recommended.
