Rita
Coelho
is
researcher
at
Centre
for
Research
and
Studies
in
Sociology
(CIES,
ISCTE-IUL).
She
completed
her
PhD
in
Sociology
at ISCTE
- University
Institute
of
Lisbon
in
2019,
with
the
thesis
"Seniors
2.0:
digital
inclusion
in
the
network
society".
In
2008
she
completed
her
master's
thesis
on
the
audiences
of
science
museums.
Between
2004
and
2014
she
participated
in
a
wide
range
of
research
projects
as
research
assistant
of
CIES-IUL.
Her
main
areas
of
research
are
sociology
of
science
and
technology,
ways
of
life
and
public
policies,
and
literacy
and
education.
