Sociologist and former doctoral student in sociology (SFRH/BD/135682/2018) with the project: Staying Out: Contexts, Processes, Dispositions and Reflexivities of Adults with little Schooling who have not resumed formal Education.Her academic career started with a degree in Sociology (2005). It continued with a Master's degree in Sociology (ISCTE-IUL, 2015), with the thesis: The dispositions of adults with low education levels towards lifelong learning.Throughout her academic career, she has collaborated in the organization and production of international events (ESHMS 17th Biennial Conference (2018); Third International Conference of Young Urban Researchers (2018); ICSS XVIII - Lisbon (2019)); reviewing scientific articles for Revista Interações (since 2020). Participation as a researcher in CIES projects (since 2020) related to lifelong learning. In another dimension of her academic career, she is Visiting Assistant Professor at the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém (since 2018) and at the Transversal Skills Laboratory of ISCTE (since 2023).
