ORGANISERS Emigration Observatory and the Master’s Programme in Migration, Inter-Ethnic Relations and Transnationalism (NOVA-FCSH)

Iscte – Knowledge and Innovation will host the public presentation of the second volume in the ‘State of Emigration’ series, entitled ‘Integration and Return in Portuguese Emigration’.

The event will begin at 6:00 pm with opening remarks by Emídio Sousa, Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities (to be confirmed), followed by a presentation of the volume by a team of researchers: Liliana Azevedo, Dora Sampaio, Pedro Candeias, Carolina Pinto and João Baía. José Andrade, Regional Director for Communities of the Government of the Azores, will deliver the closing remarks.
