The seminar “Revisiting the Nineteenth Century”, organised by Gonçalo Rocha Gonçalves and Paulo Jorge Fernandes, is the result of a collaboration between CIES-Iscte and the IHC – Institute of Contemporary History of NOVA University of Lisbon.
Aimed at researchers and students from both institutions, as well as the wider academic community, the seminar will run throughout the entire academic year. Sessions will alternate between Iscte and NOVA and will be devoted to the presentation and discussion of new and innovative research on the Long Nineteenth Century.
