40th Anniversary of the Portuguese Republic’s Constitution - 1976-2016
2016 marked the 40th anniversary of the ratification of the Constitution on the 2nd of April 1976. This was the pretext to, in collaboration with the Assembly of the Republic, analyse and debate the constitutional foundations of public policies in Portugal, in sectors such as Health, Social Protection, Education, Justice, Territory and Equality.
